Terms of Use

These Control+ Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between FlowMind Technology Inc (“FlowMind,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and each person who accesses or uses Control+ (“you”). By accessing the website, completing the questionnaire, purchasing a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Control+ Privacy Policy.

1. Service Description

Control+ provides educational risk questionnaires, personal-information exposure assessments, searches of publicly available sources, data-broker and people-search opt-out or removal assistance, ongoing monitoring, progress information, alerts, and related support. Features and source coverage may vary by location, plan, source availability, technical conditions, and law.

2. Eligibility

You must have legal capacity to accept these Terms and purchase a subscription. You must provide accurate information and may use the Service only for yourself or another person for whom you have valid authorization. The Service is not intended for children under 13 or any higher minimum age required by applicable local law.

3. License and Acceptable Use

FlowMind Technology Inc grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Use the Service for stalking, harassment, discrimination, surveillance, fraud, identity theft, or any unlawful purpose.
• Submit another person's information without authority or attempt to obtain information you are not entitled to receive.
• Scrape, copy, resell, reverse engineer, disrupt, probe, bypass security, or use automated access except where we expressly permit it.
• Misrepresent your identity, interfere with removal requests, or use results as a substitute for legally required verification.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Renewal

4.1 Plans and prices

Available plans, introductory offers, billing periods, renewal prices, and included features are displayed before purchase. The checkout information shown when you authorize payment controls the commercial terms of that purchase. Taxes, currency conversion, and payment-method availability may vary.

4.2 Automatic renewal

If you purchase an auto-renewing plan, you authorize recurring charges through Airwallex and the selected payment method at the price and frequency disclosed at checkout until canceled. You are responsible for keeping payment information current. Your bank or payment provider may impose separate terms or charges.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel future renewals using the cancellation instructions provided at checkout, in your purchase confirmation, or through the official Control+ support channel. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not ordinarily reverse a charge already completed or end access before the current paid period expires, except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise. Deleting browser data or ceasing use does not itself cancel a subscription.

4.4 Refunds and guarantee

Any money-back guarantee is governed by the conditions displayed with the offer and applicable law. To request review, contact the official Control+ support channel with sufficient transaction information. Refund eligibility may exclude misuse, duplicate claims, services substantially performed at your request, or circumstances otherwise permitted by law. Your non-waivable statutory refund rights remain unaffected.

5. Payments

Checkout and recurring payment authorization are provided through Airwallex and participating payment methods. By submitting payment details, you authorize the applicable providers and FlowMind Technology Inc to process the transaction and recurring consent described at checkout. We do not directly store full card numbers or security codes. Payment services are also governed by their own terms.

6. User Information and Privacy

Our processing of personal information is described in the Control+ Privacy Policy. You represent that information you submit is accurate and that you have a lawful basis and authority to provide it. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive information. You authorize FlowMind Technology Inc and its service providers to use submitted information to locate likely listings and to prepare, transmit, and manage removal or opt-out requests.

7. Exposure Results and Removal Limitations

Control+ is an assistance service, not a government agency, credit bureau, law firm, emergency service, insurer, antivirus product, or guarantee of online anonymity. Public and commercial data can be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, duplicated, or associated with another person. New listings may appear after removal.

• We do not guarantee that every exposure will be found or that every source will accept or permanently honor a request.
• Removal timing and eligibility are controlled partly by the source, its verification process, and applicable law.
• Removing a listing does not remove information from official public records or all copies, caches, search indexes, or third parties.
• Risk scores and questionnaire results are informational estimates and are not professional, legal, credit, insurance, or security advice.

8. Your Responsibilities

You agree to review information for accuracy, respond reasonably to verification requests, protect transaction and account information, and maintain alternative security practices. For suspected identity theft, fraud, immediate danger, or legal issues, contact the appropriate financial institution, credit bureau, law-enforcement authority, emergency service, or qualified professional.

9. Third-Party Sources and Services

The Service depends on payment providers, hosting and communications providers, public sources, data brokers, people-search services, and other third parties. Their interruptions, policy changes, verification requirements, or decisions may affect the Service. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and are not controlled by FlowMind Technology Inc except where they act as our contracted processor.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, software, design, trademarks, content, and related intellectual property are owned by FlowMind Technology Inc or its licensors, excluding user-provided information and third-party material. No right is granted except the limited permission expressly stated in these Terms.

11. Changes, Suspension, and Termination

We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue features for security, law, source availability, maintenance, misuse, or product improvement. We may restrict access if you materially violate these Terms or create a security or legal risk. Where applicable, paid-period remedies will be handled consistently with the offer and mandatory consumer law.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” FlowMind Technology Inc disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, continuous availability, error-free results, and absolute security. Nothing excludes warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowMind Technology Inc and its officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss, or loss arising from inaccurate or unavailable source data, unsuccessful or reversed removals, third-party conduct, payment-provider interruption, unauthorized use, or reliance on an informational risk result. No limitation applies to liability that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify FlowMind Technology Inc against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or information you submit without required authority. This obligation does not apply where prohibited by consumer law.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and the agreement for the Service are entered into with FlowMind Technology Inc. They are governed by the laws applicable to FlowMind Technology Inc at its place of incorporation, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to mandatory consumer rights, exclusive jurisdiction and venue lie with the competent courts serving FlowMind Technology Inc at its registered place of business. If the law where you live grants mandatory local rights or forums, those rights remain available.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms because of changes to the Service, law, or provider requirements. We will revise the “Last updated” date and provide reasonable notice of material changes where required. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

17. Entire Agreement and Severability

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the purchase disclosures shown at checkout form the agreement between you and FlowMind Technology Inc concerning the Service. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
